Hoa Binh Adjemian is the Head of cooperation for the EU Delegation to Armenia where he is managing a cooperation portfolio of 300 MEUR and diiferent e-gov programmes for a total amount of 13 MEUR. He was previously working in Benin as the Head of Infrastructure for the European Commission. Binh also has an extensive experience in public private partnerships in Asia, and lately managed the operation of Veolia Water in Korea.
He has graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Government with a Master of Public Policy and l’Ecole Polythechnique and l’Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris with a M.Sc and M.Eng.
Hoa Binh Adjemian is a French citizen of Armenian and Vietnamese decent, married with 3 kids.
